• Parking: Free parking for 1 car at Level 5 or 6. Please park the car in emply slot and kindly display the parking card on the dashboard.

• Check in time : 3;00 PM

• Check out time : 12:00 Noon

• Cozy and spacious Family Studio with modern amenities.

• Suitable and comfortable for 3 - 5 guests, including children.

• Features 1 queen-size bed, 1 super single-size bed, and an extra mattress.

1. Entering D'Perdana Apartment

1. Arrival:

   • Arrive at the apartment complex located at Jalan Sri Cemerlang, Off Jalan Dusun Raja in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

   • Look for the apartment building entrance.

2. Check-In Process:

   • Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM.

   • Upon arrival, you may park your car temporarrily in front of the building or at the main lobby.

   • Please proceed to the apartment reception or designated check-in area which is located in front of the main lobby

   • Provide your reservation details and identification to the staff.

   • They will guide you through the check-in process, provide necessary information, and hand over the keys or access cards.

• Parking Instructions at level 5 or 6

  1. Parking Spot: Find empty parking lot at level 5 or 6. This level is reserve for homestay guest stay at this apartment

  2. Important Note:

     • Ensure that you display the parking card given at the dasboard of your car to avoid being clamped and fined RM 50.

  3. Additional Information for Multiple Cars:

     • If there are two cars, the second car can be parked at the empy parking lot araound or near the building

     • Parking at your own risk
       

2. Park your car

• Accessing the Lift from Car Park Level 5 or 6:

  1. From Car Park Level 5 or 6, guests can enter the lift from Level 5/6 using the same Access Card.

  2. In the lift, use the Access Card to select Level 14.

  3. Note that the Access Card allows entry to the following levels:

     • Level 14

     • Level 8 (Swimming Pool, Playground, BBQ area, Gym)

     • Level 5/6 (parking)

     • Level 1

3. Enter the building

• Enjoy Yourself - We hope you are enjoying the stay at our house. Thank you for leaving the house as you found it.

• Smoking - Avoid smoking indoors, especially the bedroom area.

• Parties - Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.

• Noise - Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.

• Trash - Please leave your trash in the backyard

• Keys - Keys should remain to your possession during the stay. Duplication of keys are prohibited.

• Pets - We love pets, however animals are not permitted in the house.

• TV/Netflix/Wifi - Please maintain the setting AS IT IS to avoid inconveniences to upcoming guest

4. Observe House Rules

• Check-Out Instructions:

  • Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us 12 hours in advance.

  • Wash and put away any used dishes.

  • Close all windows and lock all doors.

  • Turn off lights, Wi-Fi, fan, and air conditioning or heater.

5. Pre Check Out

• Exiting from Parking Level 5 or 6:

  • Guests need to scan the barrier gate at Level 1.

  • Upon reaching Level 1, turn left to go to the reception counter

• Parking at Main Lobby:

  • Temporarily park your car in front of the Main Lobby without blocking others.

• Access Card Drop-off:

  • Guest can return back the key/access card to the counter. If the counter personnel is not available or closed, kindly drop the Access Card/key in the drpo box at the counter.

• Departure Notification:

  • Please inform us of your departure.

7. Other Information

1. Swimming Pool:

   • Located on the 8th Floor and requires an access card.

   • Available for adults and kids.

   • Open daily from 7 am to 6 pm.

   • Please observe appropriate swim attire (microfiber material).

   • Bring your own towel.

   • Remember to DRY yourself after swimming before entering the lift lobbies.

2. Wi-Fi:

   • Wi-Fi is avaialble free of charge. The password is display in the room

   • SSID : Zulanie Studio

   • Passsword : 12542ABC

3. Trash Room:

   • Available in front of Main lift at Level 14.

4. Playground & Reading Area:

   • Located near the swimming pool and BBQ area at Level 8.

   • A good area for rest and relaxation while watching your loved ones at the nearby playground.

5. Reception Counter:

   • Open from 9am - 11pm daily

   • Closed temporarily from 7pm - 8pm for resting

   • If guest reached the apartment around 7pm - 8pm or after 11pm, kindly inform us for us to make other arrangement for the collection of keys
