1. Where is The Pool Cottage located?

The Pool Cottage is nestled in a serene, private location at Kg Aur Telong, Melawi, Bachok near D'Aur Beach offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Exact location details will be provided after booking.

2. What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: Any time after 3:00 PM with self-check-in available at your convenience.

• Check-out: 12:00 noon
  We provide a flexible check-in process allowing you to check in at any time after 3:00 PM. Early check in allowable if the room is ready with or without any additional charges subject to the check in time. Please reach out to us ahead of time.

3. How many guests can The Pool Cottage accommodate?

The Pool Cottage have 6 type of cottages that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guest depend on the type of cottage. It’s perfect for small families, couples, or a cozy group of friends.

4. What amenities are included?

The Pool Cottage is fully equipped with:

• A swimming pool for adult and kids

• Fully equipped kitchen for type D Cottage (4 Bedroom Cottage)

• Cuckoo Water Dispenser for type C and D Cottage

• Netflix

• Iron & ironing Board

• Wi-Fi access

• Air conditioning and fan for all cottage

• Outdoor seating area and BBQ grill

• Ample parking space

5. Is the swimming pool private?

Yes, the swimming pool is completely private and exclusive to the guests staying at The Pool Cottage.

6. Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at The Pool Cottage in order to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests.

7. Is smoking allowed on the property?

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. However, smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

The Pool Cottage is located just 200 metre walking distance from the nearest beach, making it easy for guests to enjoy a day of sun, sand, and sea during their stay.

13. Do I need to provide a security deposit?

Yes, a security deposit is required for all bookings at The Pool Cottage. The deposit amount is min RM 50 and will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of house rules.
