A. Check-In Details:

Cottage Name: As per your booking and confirmation through email/whatsapp. List of Cottage are as follows :-
- A1 - Sage Cottage (1 Bedroom Deluxe Cottage)
- A2 - Azalea Cottage (1 Bedroom Standard Cottage)
- B1 - Iriz Cottage (Triple Room Deluxe Cottage)
- B2 - Aster Cottage (Double Room Standard Cottage)
- C - Lavender Cottage (2 Bedroom Family Cottage)
- D - Clover Cottage (4 Bedroom Family Cottage)
Location: PT 22524 Kg Aur Telong, 16300 Bachok, Kelantan

Parking: Ample free parking in the Cottage compound.

Arrival:
- Arrive at the Cottage located at PT 22524, Kg Aur Telong, Jalan Tok Bali, Bachok, Kelantan.
- Look for the cottage entrance.
Check-In Process:
- Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM.
- Upon arrival, you may park your car at the parking area at the left side of the cottage.
- We implement Self Check In using PIN Number to collect the key at Safe Box
- OR you can proceed to the reception just infront of the parking area for check in assistance.
- The reception is open from 9am - 6pm daily
- Provide your reservation details and identification to the staff.
- They will guide you through the check-in process, provide necessary information, and hand over the keys or access cards.
- If the staff is not available due to late check in time e,g after 6pm and the Main Gate is closed, the guest may
  - Collect the Cottage Main Gate Key at the KEY SAFE BOX infront of the Main Gate by using the PIN number given thru email/WhatsApp
  - Collect the Cottage House Key at the KEY SAFE BOX infront the cottage unit assigned to the guest by using the PIN number given thru email/WhatsApp
  - The PIN Number for the Main Gate and Cottage House Key are different.
  - Kindly CLOSED the KEY SAFE BOX by using any number randomly

Parking Spot: We have enough parking space in the compound to cater for our guest
1. Important Note:
  - Park the car properly to ensure the coming guest have enough space to park their car.
2. Additional Information for Multiple Cars:
  - If there are no empty parking space in the compound, guest can park the car outside the compound which have many space available
  - Parking at your own risk

Enjoy Yourself - We hope you are enjoying the stay at our house. Thank you for leaving the house as you found it.
Smoking - Avoid smoking indoors, especially the bedroom area.
Parties - Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited unless prior approval has been given
Noise - Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 9 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.
Trash - Please leave your trash in the backyard
Keys - Keys should remain to your possession during the stay. Duplication of keys are prohibited.
Pets - We love pets, however animals are not permitted in the house.
TV/Netflix - Please maintain the setting AS IT IS to avoid inconveniences to upcoming guest

Check-Out Instructions:
- Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us 12 hours in advance.
- Wash and put away any used dishes.
- Close all windows and lock all doors.
- Turn off lights, fan, and air conditioning or heater.

Key Drop-off:
- Guest can return back the key/Key Tag Power to the reception. If our staff is not available or closed, kindly put the keys at the KEY SAFE BOX infront of the cottage that you ara staying.
Departure Notification:
- Please inform us of your departure if our staff is not available

6. Other Information

Swimming Pool:
- Located in the middle of the compound.
- Available for adults and kids.
- Open daily from 7 am to 9 pm.
- Please observe appropriate swim attire (microfiber material).
- Bring your own towel.
- Remember to take a shower and DRY yourself after swimming before entering the house
Wi-Fi:
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The password is as follows

Main Gate/Reception Counter:
- Open from 9am - 6pm daily
- For safety and security of our guest, the main gate will be closed after 11pm. However the guest will be informed on the key location if there is a need to go out after 11pm
Security Deposit
- We are confident that you will take care of the Cottage as if you are staying at your home. However we will collect Min RM 50 to RM 100 (depends of the type of Cottage) from the guest as a Security Deposit. This is to cover any damages that may happen during your stay (if any).
- The security deposit will be fully refunded if there are no damages or lost items within 48 hours after check-out, via a bank transfer.”
  Kindly adhere to our house rules as we do not fancy deducting anything from your account
